1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following European countries/regions:

Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany

Note: All product prices include taxes. No additional customs duties or taxes are required in most cases. (In some countries, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.)

2. Shipping Time

• Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)

• Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

• Total Delivery Time: 5–13 business days (processing + delivery time, depending on the region)

3. Shipping Method & Couriers

• Shipping Fee: Free

• Courier: UPS or FedEx

• Tracking Information:

  • A tracking number will be provided after your order is shipped

  • Tracking updates may be delayed by 48–72 hours

  • Tracking numbers are valid for 24 hours

  • If tracking is unavailable, please contact us; we will assist within 48 hours

4. Delayed Shipments

• Delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, severe weather, supply restrictions, high shipping volume, or labor shortages

• If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please email lajovim@gmail.com, and we will coordinate with the shipping company as soon as possible

5. Order Cancellation & Changes

• Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled or delivery addresses changed free of charge

• After Shipping: Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified, frozen, or canceled

  • Refused deliveries will be treated as returns

  • Refunds for returned orders will deduct shipping costs and be returned to the original payment method

  • Please verify the delivery address before placing your order

6. Taxes & Customs

• In rare cases, orders may incur customs duties or import taxes imposed by the buyer’s local government, which are the buyer’s responsibility

• We cannot control customs policies in different countries
