Refund & Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Period

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations (including the 14-day cooling-off period), you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

Applicable refund methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Request within 14 days of receipt

  • Credit Card orders: Request within 14 days of receipt

  • PayPal orders: Request within 14 days of receipt

Return shipping costs:
If the return is not due to product quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Please contact us via email or online customer service within 14 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Product name and quantity

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Order number (found in your order confirmation email)

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

After verifying your information, customer service will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Return the Product

When returning the product, please note:

  • Use a trackable shipping method

  • Keep the product and packaging intact

  • Label fragile items clearly on the outer packaging

  • Include return information and the original receipt in the package

  • Do not return items without contacting our store first

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. Refunds will be returned using the original payment method.

3. Conditions Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

  • Used or second-hand products

  • Damaged or missing items, packaging, or accessories

  • Recipient information does not match the order (unless due to product quality issues)

  • Personal preference changes (e.g., size or style; we recommend returning and placing a new order)

4. Product Quality Issues

If the product has quality defects or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and provide photos or a description.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Product replacement
    or

  • Full refund

5. Order Cancellation

Once an order confirmation email has been sent, the order is usually in processing or shipping preparation. Therefore:

  • Orders cannot be directly canceled or modified after confirmation

  • For size or style changes, please follow the return process and place a new order

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Instructions

Customers choosing COD must pay the order amount upon delivery.

Please ensure the delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.
