Limited Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage

All products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.

Complimentary accessories are not covered under the warranty.

We will replace any components found to be defective or damaged during shipping.

Discoloration, scratches, or impact marks

Impact damage

Irreversible modifications (e.g., drilling, welding)

Liquid damage
2. Battery Warranty

Batteries are covered by a 1-year prorated warranty.

Within the first year, defective batteries will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries is based on the original purchase date.

Cash refunds are not provided.
Battery Warranty Does Not Cover:

Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, abnormal use, improper storage, or exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, or sand

Unauthorized modifications

Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage (not manufacturing defects)

Use of non-manufacturer-approved accessories or devices

Incorrect assembly or operation not following the user manual

External causes (collision, fire, flood, extreme weather, power misuse, etc.)

Use of incompatible chargers or improper battery operation

Tampered or broken battery seals

Use of the battery in non-specified devices
3. Eligible Users

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is automatically valid for items purchased in our online store.

Warranty may be transferred under the following conditions:

The warranty period has not exceeded 1 year

The new owner provides the original purchaser’s name and order number

5. Shipping Damage

Scratches on free accessories during shipping are not eligible for replacement or compensation.
